Everyday Psychology – where mental health meets the everyday.

In a world where mental health is often either oversimplified or overcomplicated, Everyday Psychology helps navigate the intersection of social media’s oversaturation of psychological information—making it both accessible and understandable.Merging lived experience, cultural competency, and psychological frameworks, we aim to make psychology digestible, relatable, and meaningful.

Hosted by two postgraduate psychology students conducting research and on the path to becoming registered clinicians, we’ll cover everything from attachment styles to mood disorders, interpersonal dynamics to neurodivergence. We will dive into the latest in pop culture, wellness trends, and social media uptake—unpacking how these shape and intersect with our mental health.

Everyday Psychology is not a substitute for mental health intervention. We are not yet trained professionals—our perspectives are informed by lived experience, academic research, and interpretation. Everyday Psychology is a space for discussion, not a substitute for professional advice.
